Host your next event in the beautiful mountains of Big Bear Lake! We are conveniently located near the lake, in the Village and have one of the largest and most diverse banquet facilities on the mountain. We can work with any budget. Call us today!

If your group would like to meet at our restaurant for an hour or two, plan to eat a meal, and do not need a private room, you may simply call us and we will reserve a space for you (when available) and there is no charge!

If your group needs a private room, space for an extended period of time, or have some special requirements, keep reading!

Meeting Packages

$25 per person

Includes Lunch midday, Beverage Bar with coffee in the morning and choice of beverage with lunch, and a Cookie in the afternoon. Large HD projection screen with computer and DVD hook-ups, Wi-Fi, and Podium available for no extra charge

9am to 2pm

51 to 100 Guests

$20 per person

Room Rental

The following prices are for Room Rental Fees only. If you order food and beverages, or would like a package, we may reduce the fees. Thank you.

Nottinghams Extras: 10" HD projection screen with computer and DVD hook-ups available for use at no extra charge. Wi-Fi available at no extra charge. Extras available at cost: Stage: $50, Dance Floor: $100, Microphone & Podium: $20.

Nottinghams Daytime Events

Available: 7 days a week 9am to 3pm

10 to 50 Guests

Room rental fee is $25 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours. A set-up fee may apply depending on needs.

51 to 100 Guests

Room rental fee is $35 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours. A set-up fee may apply depending on needs.

Nottinghams Evening Events

Available: Sunday - Wednesday, 3pm to 9pm

Room rental fee is $45 per hour, with a minimum of 2 to 4* hours plus a set-up fee may apply, depending on needs, and starts at: $25.

51 to 100 Guests

Room rental fee is $150 per hour, with a minimum of 2 to 4* hours plus a set-up fee may apply, depending on needs.

*If you would like the room starting at 3pm to 4pm, the minimum is 2 hours. If you would like it starting any time after 4pm, minimum is 4 hours.

Sheriff's Meeting Room

Available: Monday - Friday 9am to 9pm

Room rental fee is $150 per day plus a set-up fee may apply, depending on needs. Wi-Fi available at no extra charge. Extras available at cost: Projector and 10" screen: $50, Podium: $20,

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and finger foods are available. With the purchase of food and beverages, we may reduce the room rental fee.

Beverage Bar

Add a beverage bar for $3 per person which includes iced water plus choice of two: coffee, decaf coffee, hot tea, lemonade, iced tea or choice of soda.
